Silver Samurai
Hey everyone. Back with another reveal. Continuing the X-Villain reveal party we have our next custom: the Silver Samurai.
Silver Samurai was made using a Cottonmouth base figure, with a Juggernaut wave Cable head, a modified skirt from Dormamu and alt hands from Nuke. The swords are both from casting cave and the flame effect on the sword came from the Hobgoblin BAF figure.
The entire upper body was sculpted using Apoxie Sculpt. As was the helmet and the half robotic side of Cable’s head. I used Procreate for the shoulder pads to give them some durability. Finally, I was able to achieve a nice chrome finish from using an awesome chrome coloured spray paint by a brand called Montana Gold. It is durable and has a nice chromed finished. If anyone tries it, be sure you don’t clear coat after or the chrome will turn to silver (a lesson learned the hard way sadly. At least it was just on a weapon).
Anyways, still have another 2 X-villains to reveal. I’ll do another before the end of the month.
