Quicksilver (Age of Apocalypse)
Age of Apocalypse Quicksilver was made using a Human Torch (from the Super Skull wave) body with boots from a Might Morphin Power Ranger figure, hands from Dspare, glove cuffs from Dazzler, neck collar from comic Star Lord and a head from Casting Cave (it’s old, I think its a shrunken down Bowen Statue but I could be wrong).
